Payment Difficulties

We use PayPal as the bank that deals with card transactions. Any card should work - a Paypal account can be used but it is not necessary.

Typically problems arise where the bank requires an authorisation sent to your mobile phone. If you are attempting to pay using the phone, the incoming authorisation blocks the payment. The solution is pay (or book) using a device other than the mobile phone registered with the bank.

OGUK/OEUK medicals can be completed remotely in line with the latest OEUK standards.

Book online and attend by secure video call with the doctor at your scheduled time. Your medical data is stored securely.

On completion, your certificate is emailed immediately and remains available to download any time through your secure account.
