We regret that refunds are not possible for missed appointments, including those caused by incorrect contact details or insufficient information or equipment for the appointment. There are costs associated with booking and cancelling. Cancellation will be charged at £20. We provide a service via the website offering rescheduling. If the appointment is more than 48 hours away, no fee applies to reschedule. If rescheduling occurs between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment, a fee of £20 applies. If rescheduling/cancellation is within 24 hours of the appointment, a fee of £90 applies. Failure to attend will result in the whole appointment fee being forfeited. Failure to provide the correct equipment (eg Pulse Oximeter, appropriate step) will be considered failure to attend.
14 Doctor Shopping
We discourage attempts to 'shop' for a certifying doctor who may apply guidelines less stringently than others. We reserve the right to report 'fail' certificates to OEUK so that the Health & Safety of the industry can be maintained,
15 Appropriate Location and Behaviour
The client agrees to be available at the time of the appointment in an appropriate location for a confidential medical consultation with adequate internet connection to engage in a WhatsApp video call. Examples that we have come across of behaviours that prevent appropriate assessment are driving and eating meals: inappropriate behaviour will lead to termination of the consultation and forfeiture of the fee.
