Now styling itself as Offshore Energy UK, the organisation has extended its scope to include renewable and carbon-cutting industries better to reflect the agile nature of the companies involved in energy production.

Guidance on standards of health in the UK sector, previously set by OGUK remains the only guidance available and so we continue to work to the published ‘OGUK’ standard. and reflect that on our current certificates.
We anticipate that OEUK will announce a change in the OGUK Medical to OEUK medical in the near future.
At present, in the absence of a direction from OEUK, we continue to refer to OGUK medicals since that is the published medical standard required. We consider it likely that OEUK will issue guidance when we may refer to the OEUK standard.
We expect that, after the changeover, OEUK will continue to accept OGUK certificates until the expiry date on the certificate.
OGUK/OEUK medicals can be completed remotely in line with the latest OEUK standards.
