To avoid double booking, the website reserves a slot for an hour from the first click (based on the ip address). It cannot cope with backtracking so that may drop the connection. If you make an error, please complete the process then you can log in as a client and make the correction.
1. The system first takes your details. To ensure selectivity the system relies on your email address. You should not use someone else's email address.
2. Next you complete a medical questionnaire. This is confidential and must not be shared.
3. You are then directed to a payment page. Though PayPal is the receiving bank you can use any card to pay.
If you use the same device to book and to authorise a payment then the booking system will drop you out so it is better to use different devices for the two processes. VPN use can interfere with financial authorisation.
The booking is completed on payment when you can expect an email confirmation from us and a payment receipt from PayPal (which may be picked up by SPAM filters so please check your Spam on completion.
OGUK/OEUK medicals can be completed remotely in line with the latest OEUK standards.
Book online and attend by secure video call with the doctor at your scheduled time. Your medical data is stored securely.
On completion, your certificate is emailed immediately and remains available to download any time through your secure account.
